Network Information

During most settings, characters will have the opportunity for their characters to use network-based communication. As the environment of the game changes, the means for network communication may change.

As such, information for all avenues of communication for each unique location within the game will be cataloged here.

Small Town Network Information

Cellphones - The year is 2008. Your cellphone reception is spotty at best, and this small town is the Land of Dropped Calls. Your phone has texting and calling capabilities. The internet is horrendously slow and unreliable. You're welcome to play snake or record things for your ringtone though. All characters will have a cellphone in this setting.

Laptops - Characters are also allowed to have a chunky, brick of a laptop in this setting. Whether a character has one is up to player discretion. You're out in the boonies though, so the best sort of connection you'll get is DSL. More commonly, you'll see dial-up. A laptop will allow you access to social media, forums, e-mail, and chat programs.
